Karnival Kerjaya Kebangsaan 2008 (your choice determines your future)

Universiti  Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM)will host the third National Career Carnival that is to be held atthe Dewan Canselor Tun Abdul Razak, from 17th -19th October. TheNational Career Carnival 2008 (NCC2008) is a government initiative,with the co-operation of the private/corporate sectors.
                        Acollaborative effort between  the Ministry of Higher Education,institutions of higher learning and various government agencies, localuniversities take turns to host the carnival to assist the Ministry intheir endeavour to help graduates find jobs and match them withpotential employers and job recruiters. In addition to providing anopportunity to meet potential employees, the NCC2008 will also provideinformation on graduate and postgraduate education programmes inuniversities and colleges.

ACTIVITIES
Dynamicactivities and programmes for addressing workplace needs and challengeshave planned for the three day carnival. These include:

Entrepreneurial Workshop run by identified smart partners;
Career talks by all companies and agencies involved in the NCC;
Career seminars by top MNCs and GLCs
Motivation seminars by leading corporate figures;
Career exhibition; and fittingly there will be
Open interviews for positions available by employers.

Students,you can find out more on suitable academic programmes as well ascareers by taking test specially designed by the UKM PsychologyDepartment. There would also be a career clinic to advise you on careeropportunities and your job eligibility.
