lain gak kalo da tetap..banyak prosedur kalo nk buang pekerje

kalo kontrak arini tak suke arini gak kene tendang..

keje tetap walaupon kecil gaji tapi benefitnye banyak..

saya vote for tetap..at least u tak payah risau about whether kontrak akan disambung ke tak after tamat tempoh...n kalau tetap walaupun gaji sikit tapi every year ada increament kan..

biar gaji kecil tapi tetap.......ada epf.......agreement dia pulak ade procedure.........tapi kalo kompeni dah takde duit dia bungkus pekerja pun tak ikut agreement......especially dlm keadaan ekonomi gawat

kontrak pula selalunya takde epf.....dan lain2 benefits.......nak bungkus pekerja bila2 masa

tapi nak keje ni kena amek risiko.........yg mane agak kurang risiko kita keje lah  yang lain tu kita berserahlah pada tuhan.....pokokny kejelah dgn ikhlas.........rajin......amanah dan jgn makan rasuah......insyallah selamat

rasanya sekarang nie pekerja kontrak pon dah kene potong epf

tepuk dada tanya selera if yakin dengan kompeni & u nak prove urself so that by the end of the contract, the company will take you as permanent staff

so why not challenge ur self?
