ni tanya nak sterile botol ke pasal sterilizer..
if sterilezer yg electrik based tu ada 2 satu hot satu cold water..
both electric sterilizer hanya memerlukan sedikt kuantiti air yg akan turn to wap utk sterile botol2..
each use nak sterile kena tkr air..
tradisinal method nak sterile
rendam botol2 dlm air panas for about 5 min rasanya la..- tak sure masa or can use tablet utk sterile botol2 |

sori tak explain bagi clear...
pil/tablet steril yg campur dgn air tu... then rendam botol dlm tu...
err.. takkan takde parents yg guna kekdah ni.. 
nak tahu gak.. takut kalo terover bule sbbkan keracunan ker.. |

ada tapi tak ramai yg suka ngat due to the smell...
memang bau hospital kan..
selalunya botol2 yg direndam tu terus guna jek...
tu pasal tak ramai org suka ngat due to smell
every time nak sterile session yg baru
kena guna tablet yg baru la..
tu apa yg tau overall jela
coz tak guna tablet
i used steam sterilizer @ electrik sterile tu.. |

kalau ikot pendapat specialist, cuba baby yang ada problem or premature sahaja disyorkan utk strelize bottle
sebab baby2 nie lebih lemah antibodi dier
if not, baby yang cukup bulan dan sihat....tak strelize pon takpe sbb kita bg chance utk antigen masuk badan baby
so biler antigen nie masuk, barulah baby kita bolih build their own antibodi naturally |

settle...tak byk mana pun..
for me lai convience la...
tu me la...
tak tau la org lain...
mostly guna electric sterilizer rasanya
either yg non brand or branded..
tp memang ramai yg sterile botol...
except botal2 free BPA tu ada guidiance la camne nak sterile dia.. |

The bottles needs to be thoroughly cleaned and sterlize. Babies are not born with natural antibodies. Breastfeed babies gets theirs from their mommies. and for bottles feed babies, the bottles needs to be really really clean. I boil the bottles and teats once a day. and in between I just use soap, normal soap and rise off the soap very well. I don't quite agrree with usage of sterilizing tablest that contains.. who knows what to kill germs on a baby bottle.
Just use natural way, cheap ..you only have to pay water and electricy bills. Other then boiling, u can use a home steamer. And I stop boiling the feeding bottles frequently when my baby turn 6 months. What I did was filling up the bottles with boiling water, turn the teats upsite down onto the bottle and leave it for few minutes. |
