perlukan nasihat.... problem kerja

ni 1st time aku post kat sini..tu pun sebab bini aku suruh aku share problem kat sini..... all the forumers..pls advise me...  

B4 I join d project team, mmg dah ada problem between pm & team member. Tp lps I masuk mayb I still fresh & I know how 2 help him ( I thinklah), so he ask me 2 get in d team. Byk bende yg backlock by each department. So I nd 2 ensure all dpmt (8 dpmts)cooperate 2 get it done. i approach like this:
1) I join in d discussion w/o their invitation but blessing/instructed from pm, a few comments I brought in each discussion (when its really wrong) but Im x force them 2 accept my comments. Juz study, review back. BUT, they r x happy. Worse thg, they never review & rectify it.
2) Presentation or submission proceed after d discussion. BUT always rejected by client.
3) The rejection almost same reason as what I ask them to study & review back.
4) BUT, they mentioned 2 mgmt I x advise them.
) My pm told me, every HOD now komplen 2 him

PM...kalo kat tempat lama maybe ler stand for PROJECT MANAGER....

tapi kalo kat tempat baru girl ni, PM stand for PLANT MANAGER

btw..tunggu org lain komen ler eh...

terbantut idea nak komen bila baca yg bahasa sms ni

Ako advise each tiime lepas meeting, ko circulate/email  dekat sumer yg ader dlm meeting tuh discussion notes(minutes)..cc sekali dekat PM atau sesapa jek yg ader kaitan ngan project tuh..  apaper advise atau point yg ko dah luahkan time discussion tuh highlight kan ... so biler dia orang buat accusation yg tader bukti tuh ko leh defend....

ako selalu buat gini.. kalo ader org nak carik gadoh, ako kuarkan bukti2 email pasal meeting2 lepas dengan history2 email sekali... setiap email ko ko dpt tuh simpan la..jgn delete... ngeh ngeh...

Jangan la give up..project based mmg camnih...

mana org lainnyer, now i detailkan ckit...

pm tu project manager...ni aku keje kat uae.
company kontraktor. ada seme bangsa...
melayu, cina, india, arab mcm2.
seme ada dlm department ni....

aku ni suka dgn keje aku since 10 tahun lalu, giler keje....
tp ada org x suka....

Put everything in Black and White, cc to PM and relevant parties each circulation. I understand org keje like u guys... maybe diorang semuapun dah tahap tepu or too pressure.. and they tend to be forgetful...

After each meeting, make a note or minutes or whatever, email or circulate immediately and may be follow up kalau perlu..

Nak masuk meeting or tak.. terpulang pd job description u la...

i rase tuan umah ni banyak sgt idea. so, yg lain tu rase tercabar kot. sbb tu ape2 comment dr dia sume x nak trima. mmg ada golongan yg mcm ni.

at m'sia, aku ni suka belajar bende baru (wat ever yg terbabit dlm keje aku laaa....) ,

bile ada bende br aku excited, tanya merata2 tempat & org....

bile dah pandai & tahu, aku ni suka share dengan org lain lak....

org tanya 1 patah, aku jawab berpatah2....

Itu yg org x suka kut???? aku rasa2 lah....

tp kalau kite kerja x sama bangsa ni... mmg susah sikit ..yg ptg u kerja niat baik nak cari rezeki untuk keluarga InsyaAllah .... kalu niat kite baik.. baiklah jadinya..... kalu terjadi apa2 fak ..itu Tuhan nak uji kite...

semua document takleh submit due to incomplete info....
kenapa pm marahkan aku?????. ...bukan aku punya document nak kena submit.....

pm tak marahkan diaorg......aku plak yg kena....
ni makinlah aku bengang......:@

tuan umah punya job designation sbg apa sebenarnya?

Quality controller ker assistant PM ker internal auditor ker consultant?

Saya tanya soklan nie sbb nak tau apa kaitannya your job scope dgn perlunya masuk discussion setiap department. Kalu tuan umah nih PM, mmg lah relevant masuk discussion department2 nih.

klu aku xleh msk gak inter department ni...
baik dia xnyah ada deputy.....

tuan umah, firstly, Moga Allah permudahkan urusan tuan umah sekeluarga.

Apa kata tuan umah bukak thread satu lagi kat personal problem section. Kat situ lagi meriah rasanya.

Kalu jad at your place pun, jad tak tau nak buat apa. Sukar rasanya keje dlm environment macam tuh.

Tapi mungkin jad buat begini:

1) Discuss dgn Senior PM. He/she is your boss, sepatutnya dia boleh nasihat @bagi work around pasal HOD tak nak dengar advise tuan umah.

2) Isu sebenar, saya rasa ialah HOD tak boleh nak accept role deputy PM. Sebabnya jad agak mungkin sama ada deputy PM sama level atau lebih bawah level drp HOD dlm projek/organisation tuh. Betulkah gituh tuan umah? If betul, Dgn kata lain deputy PM seolah2 tak der kuasa gitu. Again, kena pikir and discuss ngan yor boss, camaner nak buat spy HOD hear your voice.  Kalau ada idea brilliant berjuta pun, tapi jika orang tak sudi dengar, rasanya tak der maknanya idea tuh. unless tuan umah boleh keje sorang2 utk execute the idea.

Kekadang kita tgk orang tuh just kerani biasa jer, tapi boss atau rakan2 kita dengar pendapat dia. Kenapa yer?  Jad rasa mungkin dia ada skills kepimpinan atau pandai persuasion skills. Skills macam nih rasanya kena belajar dan praktik supaya idea kita dapat at least didengar sebelum diterima oleh orang lain.

Banyak kita dengar bahawa IQ tidak menjamin kejayaan mutlak. Goleman- Kejayaan bgtg kpd 80% EQ dan 20% IQ. EQ tinggi ==> lebih mudah terima & fahami persekitaran dan konflik ==>Lebih mudah selesaikannya. Jad pun masih dlm proses belajar bab2 EQ nih skit2. Hopefully, forumner2 lain boleh advise tuan umah.
