Sebab makin eksesais makin berat eh...sebenarnya eksesais ni bleh nyebabkan berat bertambah  dan bleh menyebabkan kita kurang berat..pendek kata dedua.. (cam cine jual limaula plak....ini manis ka..i?ni manisla...errr saya tak manis..saya nak masam...ini masam laaa..)

1. Kurus sebab kita burn fat
2.Berat naik sebab flesh /daging bertukar kepada muscles/otot. daging yang dilatih  akan membentuk otot dan otot lebih berat dari daging.

Kalau nak exercise kena pastikan memenuhi prosedur tertentu.
1. warm up- tingkatkan kadar nadi
                -elakkan kecederaan
                - naikkan kadar nadi bagi age muda  sampai 110-120
                -buat aktiviti kelonggaran& stretching lebih kurang 10 minit
2. Work out- jogging ke , guna treadmill ke, beskal abs ke, berenang ke
                -pastikan nak buat low impact ke high impact (ikut umur dan
                  keupayaan)
                - minimum 25 minit
3. Cooling down -10 minit lebih kurang macam warm up tapi slow.
                 Buat 3 kali seminggu exercise nih.

Tips 1.Elok kalau tahu kadar nadi rehat- bangun tidur ambil nadi kat leher atau kat pergelangan kanan 10 saat x  6..sepatutnya antara 60-80 ikut umur.
       2. Tahu kira tahap ambang : 220- umur eg: 220-20 (tahun ) 200.. so kalau dah eksesais dan kadar nadi seminit dekat-dekat 180 tu berhentilah..kadar-kadarla diri..
Lebih elok kalau diambil 220-umur to play save.

P/s: Umur yang berbeza dan tahap kesihatan yang bebeza keupayaan eksesais ber
        beza... jangan pakai buat je..bleh tanya...
jangan pakai belasah jek..gol haku tak tanggung jawab...ekekeke

memangla tak  wat abs X tapi wat benda lain..exercise ni banyak jenis leh wat..jangan harapla duk diam-diam tak wat latihan ada rectus abdominus muscle..ada pactoralis major...dia kannya leh tumbuh smulajadi..lain la keje dia hantar gas, keja kontak dll...
