tengok skill la..skil power gaji pun power....ada ku tengok member aku online yg lain tu...x da sijil pun...tapi skil gila babeng...siap leh coding dalam OOP..
Starting gaji dia adalah Rm2500 without any certificate....dalam dunia it..skill lebih penting dari certificate... |

tapi kalo dah ada certificate, kompom power nye la...
standard nak dapat certificate pon tinggi gle... |

not necessarily. certificate is more about theory than reality. some people are very good with books but not practical. in most cases, yes, certificate means that you're really good. but you still have to prove that you're.

totally agree with you..i have see lot of university student that have degree in science comp and have great resume..but yet...their skill still not covincing...trust me skill is more important...most student at uni just good with teheory but when come on hand coding..they will fail,but not all of them...
many good programers dosent have any certificate....
