How to 'Make Available Offline'?

Yang atas ini IE6, aku boleh 'Make Available Offline' dlm Organize Favorite box, tetapi bila tukar IE7, aku tak dapat cari 'Make Available Offline' dlm Organize Favorite. Sesiapa yang tau, tolong lah bagi tau, tenkiu.
