Sape2 yg boleh bagi info:-

1. How's the working environment esp procument or contract management division?
2. What is the salary rate - better than local telco ke?
3. Byk ke bonus kat ni?
4. How's the career growth?

selalu nye diorg jadi kan call centre ni sebagai stepping stone je..
mmbr2 aku mase keje ngan singtel, ramai yang blah gi digi..
ok tempat dia.. gaji pun ok..

isu sensitp - tak la jugak...tapi ade selit2 gak sket...itu yg aku ada 'kureng' sket ngan dier tuh...

private & confidential matters (p&c) - banyak sangat rahsia Maxis yg dier nak korek drpd aku...even, as a temporary Maxis worker, aku ada klausa yg menyatakan aku takleh dedahkan semua p&c informations kepada competitors...normal business practice la...iskkk..

benefits wise - mmg tak banyak la dier nak offer kat aku...pandang suwey jek...huh !!!

ooohh...susah nak carik org cam ko ni mat..nak cari keje lain tapi penyimpan rahsia syarikat hehee...memandangkan ko masih sayang dan setia ngan meksis tu yg tak dapek kot...tapi kan ke ko temp staff je ka situ

baru dapat update dari kawan yg pegi interview... biarpun snr.management ramai omputeh tapi yg control cha ya nun alif.
ingat nak jgk try tapi tempat ramai cha ni tak berkenan sgt.

member aku dulu kerja digi.. dia kata best jerkk .... dapat telefon orang free.... dapat internet free... guna EDGE... hahahhaha... pastu aku pun tumpang free hehehhehe... tempat dia kerja dia kat ok... tak tension... cuma kerja dia jawab telefon tension layan karenah orang... hehehhehehe...

gaji dia... baru kerja sebulan dua.. leh dapat 2500++ huhhuh byk tuuu

aku pun penah interview kat digi tp cam mat_7824 ckp la..byk nak korek rahsia. pastu offer pun tak la memberansangakan sgt cam company aku keje nih...pikir punya pikir aku pun tak jadi accept offer kat digi tu.

i got lots of candidates  hired by  DIGI kat shah alam
banyak gak turn over
sebab:
1. shift yang kadang2 depa tak sanggup
after a few month
2. tempat yang tak berapa strategik  
especiallly  budak yang baru kerja  yang tiada
transportation  --   and shift malam  - memang susah
3. gaji dia pun   tak la seberapa sangat
starting pun dalam RM1300  then plus allowance a bit
dapat dalam area RM1500 about to RM1600
tak cukup  bila dah deducted EPF and all those transportation
especially pada yang naik commuter  than cabbing  to the place --

it is a customer service -
pada yang dun mind to talk on the phone and answering phone
and dealing with macam2 kerenah customers - and enjoy this kind
of work --  wud be great --
kalau betul dedication -  boleh improve communication skill and whatnot --

lagi satu yang ramai saya hantar was EON customer service
yang ni kat KL    and salary  a bit more --
dan tak ada shift   rasanya -- not sure nowadays if  they change it


anyway --
nasihat saya --
jangan la kerja ni kalau u siang2 lagi dah rasa the location is just
out of the range
or you cant take shift   --
or you cant deal much with customer service --

tentang english tu -- if u speak fluently  or even moderately -
depa bagi priority  i reckon -- tapi kalau boleh cakap  sikit2 pun
kalau depa really nak  people -- they will hire you --

very open, they believe in trustin one another n everyone is equal, takde pilih pilih kasih... pakaian bebas, office pun very relaxing.. it somehow make u feel like u wanna go to work everyday... they even have basketball,bola tampar, foosball n others game so that staff boleh relax in between their lunch break beriadah wit collegue..

salary rate?
ramai jugak yg pindah tu digi from other telenye comp.. n so ive heard they pay the highest among all telco comp

bonus?
byk, transport alaun, shift alaun, performance alaun, medical benifits, hp line etc

career growth very good... ramai yg boleh jump to other department after 2 to 3 years...

enviroment pun ok la.. shiff tu biasa la...
call que, tak payah ckp.. melambak2 sampai mulut naik lenguh nak menjawab.
pas2 mcm nak muntah bende sama nak ulang...
tapi bila part score card tu yg tak leh blah..
klu scorecard tak lulus semer kriteria, melayang la rm500 performance bonus tu... :@
pas2 system makin hampehh....
