aku ada masalah nih...
ps2 aku jenis lama...gemuk punya...aku beli tahun 2003 dengan harga RM900...
masalah skang ni....ps2 aku takmo loading games..ataupun dvd movie..
apakah masalahnya? hampir semua games takmo loading...last week dia loading lembab sangat..this week kong terus..takleh loading...

pasai apa eh? cuba bagitau sket..kot kot buleh repair ka...

Have you tried cleaning the lens using a dvd cleaner? Perhaps it's just dirt on the lens..

Anyway,over here there are plenty of shops and people that do lens replacement/repair...

Not sure where you are,maybe you can find some place to get it repaired..

ps2 aku pun ader prob...dvd takleh main jd blackscreen..tp ps1 gm,codebreaker boleh plak pasang...

My PS2 also old version one (bigger 1) then when I play FIFIA 2007 and Need For Speed : Carbon
got some problem like this

Need For Speed : Carbon = Playable
Problem - Sometime when I run at "CURCUIT" and "SPRINTS without Canyon" SOMETIME the run at a "place" then the road gone (PUTUS), MEAN when i step more, it into blank world, then it will hang at there... then I need to wait about 3-4 sec to wait it load, then continue again...

FIFA 07 = Playable
Problem - When players kick out/cornerkick or other that can "SHOW" replay and "player", it will hang. then I need to press START to continue the game..

Can those game work probably? What was the cause, coz I buy 2 need for speed DVD at different store but got same problem.
Did My lens get dirty? Or I NEED TO CHANGE MY MODCHIPs? (btw in Malaysia where can change modchips in PENANG?)

Hope I can found the answer in this forum, thank you very much

if a newly bought game hang or unplayable

1. go back to the shop and ask for an exchange (same title)
2. try to buy from different shop (maybe due to different supplier)
3. try a DVD lens cleaner
4. service your console at any shop that provide the service
5. if there is a problem, the shop will suggest u the solution (any parts to change)

beli ps 2 kurus settle masalah

cube ko try bersihkan & adjust lens ko, maybe lens ko nak dead dah atau kotor atau pun dvd ko beli ada masalah .try main game lain &  dvd movie kalau ok confirm dvd game ko beli tu problem .
kalau ko nak ori modchip kat penang aku x tau tapi kat kl ko leh pm eKai dia jual crystal chip & matrix infinity baik punya.

About DVD Cleaner,
All DVD cleaner can use for playstation 2? Or need special Cleaner that available for PS2 onli.. can give me the brand/name? can buy at where in KL or PENANG?

Aku ada masalah ni time main NFS Most Wanted. Time race sampai satu tempat dia akan stop utk loading...pastu sambung balik. Kekadang jalan ilang. Maybe PS2 aku read CD tu lambat skit...tapi aku ada dengar org lain pun jadi camtu. Tapi masalah ni tak jadi dah lepas aku pakai HDD. Loading dia laju sikit....

Sorry for the double post, but my same question here, I hope can get my answer

You can use any DVD cleaner.
