Well, it is a farfecthed respect, almost a fanaticism. POpe is a servant of God, but he is traeted like a King.

Where's the Jesus preaching of living in modest practiced here? I think, most of them has his own tiara, three storey high, adorned with gems. So, lavish. Even monks are not like that.

I do agree, that we have to show respect, but Islam has limits, you know in everything, as God does not like people who transgress bound. Even in respecting someone, mostly (paling hebat-lah) is done by an act of bowing.

Darling, the chantings is not like the Buddhist mantras... we say Muhammad, Muhammad, Muhaammad... Even Muhammad says that, Zikr is only to God (We chant Allah... Allah.. and such), or selawat (praises to Muhammad).

Prayers has its own system. It's not like you just bow down, get up like a stork, every recital, every act has its own rukun (rules). The chantings of the Muhammad name is part of the selawat, that's all.

Even in taoism idol worshipping is banned. In truth all idol worshipping is banned. But why have statues of Buddha or Christ?

The reason is simple. We are to look beyond the statue and truly understand what it is we haev our faith in. Does it make me a better person just because i pray 3 times a day to God in the church or temple if i dont understand what it is he actually wants me to do?

A lot of pimps and gamblers have idols of Kuan Tay in their business premises. You think the saints will help them when they are breaking the law? You think having holy scriptures all over your car will help you avoid bad luck?

Understand your faith not by making a mockery of others. Question your own faith before you question others. If you are so strong in your own faith then you shouldnt have a problem accepting other point of views. If there ever was a true religion its the understanding of ALL religion.
