Admin Bee
Admin Bee (Basic RM 1500- RM 1800 )

Requirements
• At least SPM / Diploma / Degree
• Muss possess own transport , willing to work during weekends
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Experienced in Phone repair are encouraged to apply
• Malaysian Citizen

Job Scope

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Technibee (Basic RM 2000 )

Requirements
• At least SPM / Diploma / Degree
• Muss possess own transport , willing to work during weekends
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Experienced in Phone repair are encouraged to apply
• Malaysian Citizen

Job Scope

Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Travel to customer premises to perform phone repair duties
Developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Additional technical duties as needed
