Remuneration:
- Ensure completeness of disbursements to vendors are performed according to Treasury matrix, before the bank cut-off time
- Perform review of Cash flow on daily basis and ensure the submission to Corporate is on timely manner.
- Perform reviews on the weekly report & monthly reports, is submitted on timely manner.
- Ensure completeness of KPIs on monthly basis and review on team performance closely.
- Work closely with Corporate Treasury and provide assistance on all the queries related to Treasury matters.
- Ensure those issues are not resolved, are escalated to Manager on a timely manner.
- Active participation required for any Treasury related projects and provide assistance as and when there is any need arises (eg. perform testing in SAP, trouble-shoots on errors, and etc.)
- Dealing with bank if there is a need related to disbursements or funds, due to Treasury Operations matters.
- To train new staff onboard for Treasury and ensure the task is segregated in a manageable manner.
- Assist in internal/external audit queries.
- Propose for continuous improvements and implementation new processes and best practices.
- Ensure prompt response on enquiries from Corporate and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other applications. Knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage
- Skill Sets : Committed, meticulous, team player, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Excellent command of English (written & verbal)
- Working shift : 8.30am to 5.30pm
