Job scope: - independent and has initiative to do things.
- takes care of the utility bills (make sure they come and are paid timely)
- takes care of pantry supply, stationaries
- communicates with finance and HR which are not in Malaysia.
- Traveling may be needed for banking, taxation office, or outsourced consultants like company secretary and payroll, submitting document to customer occasionally
- assist the logistic manager with documentation
- Organize event with customers in office/hotel
- Organize calendar of overseas bosses when they visit and coordinate with their secretaries
