Bmi skrg 26.5 haha tak de la lebih sngat pun tapi xtau knapa nampak mcm gemuk gler. Sbb lemak tu terkumpul kat lengan & peha kot

Dah lebih dari 3 tahun berazam nak kurus.. padahal nak turun dalam 7kg je.. tapi sampai skrg tak turun2. Bila dah turun sikit time awal tahun, time raya dia naik balik. And bila dah naik sikit pun.. nak turun balik yg sikit tu pun terseksa:".

Bagi aku la nak kurus ni jgn drastik, mmg tak jadi lah. yg penting pemakanan. bg aku eat clean ni payah sikit kita sbg rakyat malaysia yg kaya raya dgn segala jenis makanan yang sedap2. makan tu kena berpada2. lagi satu tips, cuba la kira calori output & input korg sehari berapa. so korg makan ikut calori input korg sehari, jgn drastik. exercise plak, cuba la jogging sehari 20 min, lari2 anak kat rumah pun boleh kurus. buat kerja2 rumah pun boleh. pucuk pangkal diri sendiri, control makan tu especially.

dah bertahun nak diet untuk kuruskan pipi, dah jogging, dah berlari 5km tiap minggu tapi pipi agak ketegaran walaupun badan kurus...anyone tips please?
