Bahan Lapisan Hijau


1 cawan tepung beras
1 s/b tepung jagung
3 cawan santan cair
1/2 cawan jus pandan + pewarna hijau
1 s/k air kapur
secubit garam

Cara-Cara

Panaskan kukusan dan sapu minyak pada loyang(saya alas plastik je..)
Gaulkan semua bahan dan tapiskan.
Masakkan adunan diatas api sebentar dan masukkan dalam loyang dan kukus selama 15 minit.
Bila dah masak cakarkan sikit permukaan kuih supaya memudahkan bahagian lapisan santan melekat.

Bahan Lapisan Putih

1 1/2 cawan tepung beras
1 s/b tepung jagung
4 cawan santan sederhana pekat
1 s/k garam

Cara

Campurkan semua bahan dan tapiskan.
Masakkan bahan kuih ini sekejap diatas api.
Tuangkan adunan diatas lapisan hijau.
Kukuskan selama 15 minit dan sejukkan
Bila dah sejuk potong kuIh dan hidangkan dengan air gula merah.
Air Gula Merah

Bahan

1 cawan gula merah
1 cawan gula biasa
2 cawan air
1 helai daun pandan [ koyakkan]
Cara

Masakkan semua bahan sehingga mendidih.
Tapiskan dan hidangkan bersama kuih lompat tikam.
