Customer Service Executive – Medical Centre Location: Shah Alam Space U8 Open Gender & Open Race Job Description
- Attending to inbound calls coming in through the dedicated toll free line.
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints and provide appropriate resolution services in a consistent and professional manner.
- To meet service targets by achieving both service and productivity level by ensuring all inquiries are answered.
- Liaise with technical team on quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
- Candidate with knowledge in handling Guarantee Letter (GL) issuance is added advantage.
- Result oriented with sense of urgency, co-cooperativeness & eagerness in ensuring efficient teamwork in delivery excellent services to clientele.
Job Requirement
- Minimum SPM/”O” Level qualification
- Min 1-2 years working experience in Third Party Administration (TPA) / Call centre and hospitality industry is added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be PC literate and meticulous with details.
- Must be able to read and write English & Bahasa.
- Has a pleasant disposition and clear intonation over the telephone.
- Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
- Willingness to work late/ On shift/ work as /when required
- Basic Salary RM 1800.00- RM 2200.00
- Shift allowance RM 150.00 – RM 250.00
- Attendance Allowance : RM 100 ( 100% attendance without EL and/Or MC)
- Overtime : Entitle
- Working days : Based on Shift ( 5 days /week [ Including Sat, Sun & PH ]
