Pendapat mengenai pilihan offer kerja.

Salam semua,
Saja bukak thread nak tanya pendapat. Sebenarnya dah buat decision pasal ni tapi kalau boleh nak dapat pandangan dari orang lain, sekurang2 boleh dijadikan sebagai rujukan dan teladan.
Aku baru je lepas interview dekat satu company di Midvalley ni. Company IT based in Australia and baru bukak setahun di Malaysia and they are expanding. Alhamdulillah lepas je interview, the head nak hired aku on the spot, dia suruh aku decide whether nak join ke tak. So, by end of today aku akan bagitau keputusannya. So, basically ni yang aku rasa PRO's and Cons.
Company Baru:
Pros:
1. Gaji di offer RM 10, 200 basic. No allowance, no extra cash, etc..
2. Annual Leave is 21 hari.
3. Permanent
4. Staff tak ramai, dlm 10-15, if join, will be pioneer.
5. Doing project 1st, pastu once project onboard, buat BAU support plak.
Cons.
1. Waktu kerja kene follow Australia time. which is pkl 6 pagi sampai pkl 3 ptg. Strict sikit tengok dari environment.
2. Public holiday is follow Australia, which is about 9 days. No Malaysia public holiday.
3. Medical benefit is for myself, no wife and kids included.
4. No bonus
5. No other benefit like gym membership, car park, food etc.
6. Sekarang ni fokus kat 1 technology, disini, the expectation is high, is to have knowledge on other technologies mcm virtualization, exchange, AD, does not mean to support, but good to have incase need to support.
7. Just 1 year established company in Malaysia.
8. No free parking. Motor pun kene bayar parking jugak.
Company sekarang
Pros:
1. Free parking untuk motor
2. Medical benefit cover semua ( wife and kids, but no kids at the moment) wife tak kerja.
3. Flexible on coming to the office, can work from home
4. Good office environment, MNC company.
5. Supporting 1 technology at the moment.
6. Lots of activities, especially with volunteering stuff ( dpt extra cuti kalau buat volunterring)
7. Observed Malaysia public holiday
Cons.
1. AL is 14 days ( sebab sekarang ni contract)
2. Gaji basic RM 8,520 + standby allowance ( dlm 400-500)
Lepas convert to perm which is on August.
1. AL is 24 days
2. Gaji basic mungkin akan naik, but dont know how much the increment
3. Ada bonus, dlm 1-2 bulan.
4. Ada extra benefit like optical and dentist.
So, based on both companies, which one yang better sebenarnya? ada pendapat?

Yup, thanks for the response. Memang decide untuk not proceed with the new offer. So alhamdulillah, i hope i made a right decision. |

Forumer lain dah bagitau, lebih baik stay dengan company sekarang.
Sebab yang lebih menarik pada company Aussie tu hanyalah gaji dan cuti. Yang lain, company sekarang lebih banyak benefit. |

Betul2, dah reply to the hiring manager yang terpaksa decline the offer. agak2 kalau dia counter offer smpi 15-16k agaknya camne lah ye, pening plak nk memilih. hehe |

banyak tu takdelah, tapi memang ada. dkt jobstreet tu cari je 'sharepoint', mesti ada , apply ajelah. klu terpilih boleh dapat interview.

company Australia tu nak perah orang je tu. baik stay tempat yang banyak bagi benefits dengan gaji yang munasabah.

la ni dia dah tukar kerja... lagi syiok katanya |
