Time: 10.00am to 5.00pm
Location: Lot 11.01, Level 11, East, Berjaya Times Square, No 1 Jalan Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.
Role:
1. Customer Experience - Senior Manager
2. Service Centre - Senior Manager, Assistant Manager, Admin
3. Contact Centre - Senior Manager, Executive
4. Customer Engagement Operations - Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, Executive
5. Priority Services - Manager, Senior Executive, Executive
6. Complaint Management - Manager, Senior Executive, Executive
7. Customer Relations - Manager, Senior Executive, Executive
8. Training and Quality - Manager, Senior Executive, Executive
Remuneration: Basic Salary (Depends on Seniority) + Attractive staff benefits (HP allowances, Dental & Outpatient, Medical, Sports: Gym & others) + Dress Code: Smart Casual
Requirements:
- Experienced in Contact Centre/Customer Services environments with minimum working experiences of 1-2 years for Executive Level, 3 years for Senior Executive Level, 4 years for Assistant Manager and 5 years above for Manager & above levels.
- Minimum Diploma.
- Strong verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fun & Friendly attitude, pleasant voice and good telephone etiquette.
- Open for Malaysian Citizen only.
