First time dengar .. Tapi tak mustahil sekarang ramai jeh orang interview cara macam ni .. Tapi kalau bab petronas ni memang first sekali dengar .. Kalau soklan keje gov tuh boleh lahh bagi hint sesikit .. Saya tak pernah lalui interview via phone ni .. Anyway GOOD LUCK tt ..

aku selalui interview org ikut phone (bkn petronas)...soklan biasa saja tanya, bkn teknikal...biasanya nak tgk apa yg di tulis dlm resume tu betul ke goreng je lebih...nak tgk berbaloi x masa yg akan dihabiskan klu suh dia dtg interview physical...

aku penah diinterview thru phone oleh Shell lama dulu...
soklan senang dan lebih kpd initial & general questions je...
tp amik masa gak nak digest sebab slang mat salleh tu mak oiii...
technical questions pertaining to our job function ditanya masa
actual interview session itself....

hang dapat untuk position ape?? my husband dh settle last 2 weeks n telah pun dipanggil for second interview di Petronas, KLCC. n now alhamdulillah tengah tunggu official email from them.
Mase phone interview tuh mat salleh kt sabah tuh just tanye pasal petronas sahaja n job scope yg kite buat skang.

Harap dapat membantu. tq

good luck, since you ni freshie, byk korek infor ttg company background, their accomplishment,
ttg job yg you apply, general knowledge of what's going on in the city pon kena amik tau jugak..
know your strength, tp jgn exxagerate, identify what is your weakness, pon jgn highlite sgt, unless
depa tanya...the rest..up to you.

before masuk company sekarang ni, VP call utk phone interview. soalan lbh kepada peribadi@sikap kita  di dalam/luar pejabat, beri situasi & cara kite selesaikan, apa yg buat kita bersemangat ke pejabat? apa yg penting dlm sesebuah syarikat, pandangan kita ttg pegawai atasan & bawahan....
