tak boleh guna word "mode" dalam HTML HREF url ?

mohon minta tolong sesiapa yang tahu..

saya cuba letak the following url sebagai destination untuk html href:

http://homstuf.blogspot.com/#ecwid:category=1387049&mode=category&offset=0&sort=normal

tapi dia macam expected mode tu sebagai a part of HREF punya command .. macam mana nak buat supaya dia tak recognize 'mode' tu sebagai command?
