Gaji di GLC Company

Sesiapa kat sini kerja di GLC company. Gaji di GLC kira macam mana. Saya ada pergi interbiu di salah satu GLC, org yang interview tu cakap mcm takde bajet je, asyik ulang2 cakap gaji bergantung pada kelulusan yg najib bagi..

I'm not sure about other GLC, but my company here pun turut wat salary adjustment (about 7-13% dengar kate nyer)and seriuosly it has affected the whole budget. just last month our director announced to freeze any vacancy and we as a staff might need to do multiple jobs at a time just to cater the needs. But,its all depend on the headcount.

Still,that doesnt meant takkan amik langsung..but most probably after financial year end,and they'll wait for the new budget. kalau ok and approve by the top management,should be no prob..

Jgn risau..kalau ade rezeki,dapatlah.. Kalau xde,cuba plak company lain..

masa tahun 2008, gaji fresh grad kat glc yg aku keje 2.1k - 2.2k.

skang da naik kot... skang dah 2012...

btw ms tahun 2008 utk fresh  grad gaji bnyk tu dah kira bagus... walaupun ada certain fresh grad assume gaji mcm tu kira rendah...
