{Housemanship PPUM} ada doktor pernah dpt latihan kat hosp ni?

Hi, I am graduating soon and thinking of starting my HO ship at PPUM... need to know more about HO training there.. I heard alot of unpleasant things there ie; they do not learn much, HO also don't get much opportunities to do procedures as they have to compete with masters students, they even have to do simple IV procedures which should be nurses' duties. but taking into account it is a teaching hospital, shouldn't PPUM be a good choice? thnks!

p/s : boleh je reply dalam bhs Melayu, cuma saya dah karang dalam english awal2, malas nak translate balik ;D

X pasti lak sbb sy bukan doktor.....Tapi kalo Dr/Tuan nak lari dari merawat pesakit ni... tuan boleh masuk ke bidang OSH / Occupational Safety and Health atau masuk bidang research ( under KKM ni, dia ada bbrapa Research Institute sprt IMR, IHSR, IKU, NIH etc...)...Sy pegawai (bukan medical) under NIH, tengok MO UD44 yg masuk sini kerja tak tertekan sangat....

   ohh ok..thnks utk cdngn ni..mungkin sy akan pertimbangkan lepas habis housemanship nanti.. saya dah post thread ni lama tapi tak ada org pun comment. rasa nya semua doktor sibuk lah agaknya, tak ada masa nak berforum..
