Apakah perbezaan antara Loratadine dengan Desloratadine?

Salam, nak tanya sesiapa yang tahu kat sini,

1. Apakah perbezaan antara Loratadine (Clarityne/ Ezede) dengan Desloratadine (Aerius)?
2. Clarinase hanya ada 5mg loratadine dan 120 mg pseudoephedrine, apakah kekuatan pseudoephedrine sulfate?
3. Selain Clarityne dan Ezede, apakah nama ubat lain yang mengandungi Loratadine , DAN
selain Aerius, apakah nama ubat lain yang mengandungi Desloratadine?

Dah cuba google, tapi masih x paham..

desloratadine ni kiranya power sikit efek dia berbanding ngan loratadine....kenape?....sebabnya tindakbalas dia tu adalah lebih tepat dan cepat...tu sbb harga dia mahal sikit berbanding ngan loratadine....

dia ni macam petrol ron 95 (loratadine) ngan ron 97 (desloratadine) ler....dua-duanya boleh gerak kan keter tapi kalau nak power pakaile ron 97....

dari segi nama brand obat tu....banyak....clarinase dan aerius tu kiranya branded punya ubat sebab company depa tu yang cipta ubat2 tu dulu....tu sbb le mahal sikit harganya....kalau nak yang murah...pegi kedai farmasi cakap kat dia....loratadine yang murah punya adatak?..so nanti depa bagi brand lain selain clarinase.....tapi ingredient dia sama jer....sila baca label dulu sebelum beli yer....sekian....

untuk pengetahuan ron 97 bukanlah lagi power dr ron 95...

takde yg lebih superior.

dua dua non sedating anti histamine.

so kalau korang nak ubat selsema/tahan gatal yg TAK MENGANTUK, boleh ambil salah satu.

dan kedua duanya effective utk rawatan allergic rhinitis, ie resdung.

Aerius/Clarinase/Ezede/Clarityn----ni semua BRAND NAME.

Confuse le sebab pakar KPJ suruh makan aerius waktu malam saja.
