We urgently have positions for IT Service Desk / IT Technical Support, so please refer me as many resumes as possible of the people who can join us immediately.

Following are the requirement for the positions

1. Proficiency in English / Thai / Indonesian Bahasa /  Japanese / Korean / Mandarin .Both Oral and Written communication
2. Troubleshooting knowledge of MS windows XP/MS Office / VPN / Networking wired and wireless /Hardware Desktop-Laptops /Other software’s (MS Office/Adobe/visio etc)
3. Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Lotus notes would be an added advantage .
4. Familiar with Remote Desktop application.
5. Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience
6. Good Team player , somebody who wants to make a Career in Dell.
