Kindy of your choice for babies born 2005 and above

Hi parents out there,

As u all know, start 2012, PPSMI is no longer being implemented, meaning science and maths no longer being taught in english language.

That policy applies to babies yg born in 2005 and above..

So, which type of kindergarten yg u all akan pilih for your kids..kalo rajin, bagi la reason...

Saja nak tahu sb my youngest son lahir 2005...and i masih lum decide lagi kindergarten yg dia akan pegi next yer...

tempat u, i think banyak choice..so, u boleh last minute pick..

cam tempat i ni tak banyak choice pun...banyak yg english medium jer..mmg initially, i dah pilih among those tapi tup2, education minister announced stopping of PPSMI, tu yg create doubt in myself...tapi nak cari tadika yg bm medium kat my place ni tak banyak choice, either tadika kemas or abim jer yg mmg dah overcrowded sb monthly fee dia kan murah...

my youngest daughter yang 4 tahun tu masuk tadika yang diajar dalam dua-dua bahasa tapi dia lbh cepat menangkap dalam BI rather than BM
tapi bagi ana it's ok
she got another 2 years kat kindy tu
by next year kindy tu akan gunakan lbh BM dari BI

my opinion pulak, with or without PPSMI, i akan tetap pilih medium english utk anak anak buat masa skarang. (benonyer i nak anak2 at least ada english & mandarin)

bukan sekadar persediaan nak masok skolah ajek, tp skang dunia makin "kecit"....semuanya in few clicks away. so, lets take the opportunity to prepare the kids with proper foundation.

ini my opinion saja...sbb one of my dream ialah utk nurture anak2 into multilingual.....will try and provide the necessity for them, tp selebihnya anak2 kena take lead in their own life, jua.
