Rapidshare Premium kena terminated

Hello xxxx,
Your RapidShare account is being terminated due to violating the terms of service. Illegal downloads are being hosted on our servers, voiding our terms of service. We have detected and deleted these files, and are now in the process of terminating accounts that have downloaded or stored these files. This is to ensure that more illegal content does not appear on our servers. We do not support or encourage the usage of illegal programs, music, or other media. The terminated account will appear on Rapidshare servers for 2-3 days but you will not be granted access to it. The login data for the terminated account is:

biasanya, jadi kes mcm ni sebab ada yg repot.
biasanya yg repot tu adalah lebel2 muzik atau filiem.
tapi jarang derang kesah kan.
yg biasanya terjadi adalah sebab CP, "chilling effect " punya org dah repot.
ko ada share akaun ngan org lain ke?
aku pernah terbaca, kat US sana, chilling efect punya worang sudah repot satu mamat yg guna RS utk upload CP. pastu, mamat tu kena tangkap.
lain kali, amatlah, selamat jika content yg kita nak upload tu, kasi rar atau zip dulu. pastu kasi password pada rar atau zip tu supaya puak puak RS tak leh nak skodeng isi dalam RS tu....

sehari dua ni ... aku download software aje.....
jarang sangat guna pun ...tetiba kena terminate lak

download illegal items salah juga. that's what happen to mp3 downloaders. it's harder to prove that you use what you download. but, much easier to prove that you download. similar to smuggling. buying/receiving smuggle items salah, guna pun salah. so, basically those items illegally uploaded is similar to smuggle items.

You do have a point there. 
Strange thing was, masa at my previous company, we invited BSA to come check our entire network. Masa diaorang check, they DID find pirated softwares (berpeluh IT Manager)... but sebab software2 tu tak installed (or being used), they didnt make a fuss over it.
And stranger thing was... they never said anything at all about the gazillion mp3s in ALL the PCs there.

right. bsa deals with software only. they don't care about mp3. as for the software, true, they don't ask if it's not being used because they only care for the software that are being used. ethically, it's still wrong. lawfully, i don't think there's any law yet. same with mp3, there's no law yet for illegal downloading but owners/license owners have the right to pursue legal action.

mp3 ni bukan bawah bidang kuasa BSA. tapi dibawah Recording Industry Association of America (R.I.A.A.) kalau kat Malaysia rasanya sapa yg incharge ye? |
