PIC Microcontroller Programming

hey, i'm programming a PIC16F877A with assembly language using winpic800. the programmer can detect my pic but when i program my pic, it reached 96% and hang there. the error msg was No is answer of hardware. it won't detect my pic anymore. i need to plug out the programmer and plug in again to detect my pic. i tried this many times but i don't know what is the problem.can somebody help me?

check the programmer. i think the programmer having problem in their circuit. i'm sure if u are not using the universal programmer.. u can check each part of the programmer. especially the data transfer cable.
