Never trust Pizza Hut Advertisement!

I was having a pizzahut for dinner last week,
There are 4 of us, and we ordered their new menu Italiano Paradiso 2.

Because it written there "recommended for 4 persons"



From the picture, the pizza is a regular 9 inch pizza, guest what are the size of the Italian pasta when it comes??

The plate for the pasta is only the size of 5-6 inch!!!
The pasta on the plate is even worse!!
Only half full on the plate!!

Each of us only took one skop of pasta and wolla!! the plate is empty!!

We have to order another Large pizza and one more pasta to feel full!!

Never trust Pizza hut advertisements!!

Yeah!! Remember the small print always !!

"The picture may vary from the actual food serve!!!""

I forget that small print last week!!  :@

Kelana Jaya, Giant supermarket mall!
Tak ramai orang pun masa tu, tak sampai separuh penuh.
Lagi pun dah pukul 9pm masa tu.

Very disappointed with Pizza hut now !!

I asked the waitress, how come the paste is soo small and little

She just smile and didn't anwser!
I guest nothing she can do too!!

Ni aku nak complaint pasal pizza hut bangang kat equine jusco.... harap pekerja ramai tapi semua pemalas... sebok nak menggoyang buah ngan telor jer memasing.. dah la bila tortila aku sampai ader rambut kat dalam (n i've waited almost 30 minutes!!!!) lepas tu lasagna yang dah diorder sebelom tu boleh tak sampai2... last2 aku kensel semua order... manager pon bodoh dan lembap cam babi.....

shud have talked to the manager
it wud be fun to see him/her groping for explanation
then baru boleh complain
sebab kalau tanya waiter je..setakat boleh senyum terkulat kulat je:@

"Italiano Paradiso 2" is for 4 person is right.

pasal dah banyak kali kena penah satu hari aku makan kat pizza hut the mall...masa order tu selamba je aku ckp kat waiter tu "i want my order to be exactly like those pictures in the menu.."

masa tu tgh promo yg pizza ngan udang tu...seafood kot..

waiter tu tulis kat receipt "extra shrimps"..tah hape2

tp bila sampai my order, tak mcm yg aku suruh pun :@  habih tu "extra shrimp" tu utk kaburkan mata jelah

maleh nak panjang2kan cite..kang suh dia buat balik dia "ludah" lak pizza aku kang

I agree. Jac dah pernah kena dah. Can't trust their advert. But again, not all outlets are like that.. agaknya....

dlm hal nih, ko mmg lembik. kita bayar extra 10% for the service. dah terang2 mmg salah dia, dlm ads ckp 9", tp yg sampai 6". apesal ko tak panggil dia tukar?
10% nih lesen utk korang bambu dowang yg servis tak betul, kalo dowang lambat attend korang nye order pon korang boleh komplen, makanan tak ikut spec korang boleh komplen, mintak tukar, tarik balik order etc. Kalo aku lah dah lama kena manager dia...

komplen kat customer service centre, suruh Area Manager nya call korang minta maaf. pueh hati

masa keje kat CSC pizza, boleh tahan gak complain untuk store ni. kitaorg direct cal AM je. pepandai la store nak menjawab.

kalau delivery lagi haru. komplain memang banyak, asyik suruh tarik balik. takut KPI hancur

paling banyak problem seingat saya; tmn conought (betul ntah eja), jalan tar, the mall, ioi puchong, satu lagi kat cheras, tak ingat nama. best woo keje bagi compain je. pas tu main kutuk2. store kutuk csc, csc kutuk store. maki2, biasalah

aku memang dah x makan pizza hut lagi...domino's lagi best...

g pizza hut klcc...pekerja diaaaa....kereksss yg amat....
aku mintak nak tukar tempat sebab tempat aku dudk tu sempit untuk 6 org.. dia x kasik...
boleh pulak dia bisik ngan lagi satu waitress "mengada-ngada"
tapi ada satu couple ni datang..amik tempat duduk untuk 8 org boleh pulak...
jahanam.

makanan datang lambat..
komplen kat manager..
nasib baik manager tu ok..kasik pizza n dessert free...

pizza hut klcc harga lagi mahal dari store biasa. jaga standard katanya

Actually was not happy about the manager. Not even smille and treat like my questions is the most stupid questions of all time. It was a Indian guy, a little skiinny, I think he is the manger kot.

Will not eat pizza hut again. I think Domino is much better. AT least still good services, compare to Pizzahut. Too sombong already!!! Thinking they are the biggest, and never remember who supported them and make them big!!

actually lots of restaurants did that pon.. kadang kita tengok dalam iklan, gambar meal sungguh menyelerakan. kalo ayam/burger/popcorn ayam/etc dalam gambar iklan mesti montok2 belaka.. tiba time kita beli, penyek je rupa.. ada tu rasa tak sedap langsung.. dalam iklan nampak cam sedap je..
