bole recommend software p2p tracker tak? nak pasang satu kat opis. prefered freeware dan run dlm persekitaran windows. software tu nanti bole kesan software2 p2p yg jalan kat dalam network.

Normally I'll use Ethereal if I wanna analyze packets thrown around in a network.  Not sure if you're familiar with this, anyway check it out @ http://www.ethereal.com/  Another one is based on this & got re-worked to include GUI...  Tapi I tak pernah try lagi, maybe later; nak gak tau apa improvements yg dia buat.  http://www.paglo.com/opensource/packetyzer

Both of this software are open-source & licensed under GPL, so no worries about the legal side of it.  But, you have to make sure that you're authorised to do that in the network, cuz Ethereal will capture everything on the said network.

Nak guna freebsg, try QOS for p2p kat PFSENSE. P@P takleh block tapi leh throttled down.
