True Fitness membership agreement

Any one join True Fitness, did you know there is not cool off period once you sign as member?
- Membership not transferable
- Membership not suspendable
- Membership fee not refundable

It is, there is no cooling period offered, once U become a member?

Actually, so many gym offer 2 week offer period for free whereby U can use  their facilities thru limited voucher issued..

I joined Clark Hatch KL Hilton, I unable to transfer, and no refundable as well..

Yes, Fitness First also offer two week cool off period as stated in agreement, but not True Fitness. You may check with them. I was in trap, after I sign up for 5 days, and the end have to settle in Consumer Tribunal.
