PunBB: Need opinion

Siapa sini pernah guna PunBB ni? Aku dengar BB tu ringan and kalau tambah plugins and extensions, boleh jadik as powerful as VBulletin. Need korang nyer opinion/feedback sebelum aku nak install and test kat testing server ofis aku minggu depan.

pub tu hape ? sejenis forum ke ? yg aku tau phpBB je le. hehehehe. vBuletin tu power ke ? antara IPB, phpBB, discuz, dan vBuletin, mana lagi hebat ?

P/S : phpBB ade kuar phpBB3 hehehe. lawo gak la aku tengok.

PunBB tu sama geng ngan phpbb/vbulletin/etc... tapi dia ringan. Aku tak pernah guna tu, so tengah nak testing ni. Also nak dapat pendapat sesiapa yg pernah guna ni.

IMO VBulletin yg paling power... feature dia banyak (in fact lagi banyak dari Discuz! CARI ni). And paling best is dia tu lagi stable and tak makan resource gegiler macam Discuz! ni. Tapi downside VBulletin tu is dia berbayar.

Tapi itulah, ada orang recommend aku cuba guna PunBB ni as a very good light alternative to VBulletin.

try gooooooogle tengok, ade tak yg free punya macam IPB ngan phpBB. kalu ade yg free boleh test dulu. lama dah topik nie, tak da sapa lg yg cuba ke ?

Yup, PunBB tu free... and tengah testing ni... yang aku minat pasal dia tu is dia habis2 basic... pastu nak apa2 features, tambah modules jer. Setakat ni, aku rasa2 PunBB boleh lagi canggih dari Discuz! ni... and nampak gaya macam lagi ringan juga.

punbb dah kluarkan satu komponent untuk joomla.. tak silap aku punbo.. atau sekarang dah kuarkan satu komponent lagi.. yg dah ditukar nama...
