berhenti kerja dan undang2 buruh

nak mintak tolong sket pd mereka yg tau undang2 buruh.
i dah bagi notice 1 month to my boss nak berenti keje as said in agreemant letter. so i bagi 12/5-12/6. skang nih, i hv some problems.
1. my boss want to delay my payment for may until june. dia kate nak releasekan cek semua sekali lps i abis keje. boleh ke tak?
2. i ckp kat dia, i nak amik unpaid leave starting from 4 june until 12 june. dia kate, if i amik leave, dia akan deduct from may punya salary. dia kate this is becoz i dah takder annual leave. i said, kenapa u nak deduct from may punya salary sedangkan i keje full in may.just june aje i amik unpaid leave. dia kate, this is company polisi coz ramai yg amik gaji n terus berenti. i said, i dah give 1 month notice n follow all the rules. utk remark, i ada 15 days annual leave, but becoz i keje sampai may je, so, i just entitle 6 hari aje, n 6 hari tu memang dah abis. so, i tak boleh ke amik unpaid leave n get full payment for may?
so, boleh ke dia buat mcm tuh? dia kate, if i berenti by 4 june tuh, i dah langgar law by berenti tak cukup sebulan. but i ckp kat my boss, if like that, i stop 12 june, but for may payment, i nak mcm biasa, coz i still dia punya workers.
so, nak tanya sape2 yg tau? what is my rite? sblm nih,bos ni memang suka deduct sesuka ati dia..asyik2 company takder untung. busan

amik unpaid leave???
ada ker law cakap nak berhenti leh amik unpaid leave...
tu cam tak cukup 1 month notis ke....
kalau amik unpaid leave before last day lain citer... nie unpaid leave hujung keja
KO BEBAIK.... kang cam kompany aku... tak cukup one month notice kompem kena saman... bayar balik gaji sebulan penuh kat majikan
dlm hal nie aku mmg nampak ko salah...
tu jer...

if like that, aku keje until 12 june, dia ada right ke tahan payment utk may? |

pesal nak tahan ? tanya le dia balik.....u ada apa-apa hutang lagi ke ?
normally, kalau dah bagi full term notice, last payment should be paid within 7 days from the last working day...by right le..
tp sesetgh company buat cenggini....kalau employee berenti in the middle of the month misal kata, whatever balance gaji tu akan dibayar masa payroll release date le...tp kalau on the next month tu...ada banyak ??????????? nih...
bab-bab ni u kena betul-betul sit down & calculate dgn HR, jgn main pakai angguk je & dan jgn berkeras juga... |

erm...
last2 boss aku tahan jugak gaji utk may.katenya nak senang kira sekali ngan gaji yg aku keje sampai 12 june tuh..
erm..tgk lah mcm mana, kalo tak puas hati, memang aku akan tuntut jugak hak aku.. |

ade x sesape tau if kita punyer borang daftar pekerja/agreement tu silap taip nama kita.. kira sah ker agreement tu ek? hmm.. sbb ingat nk berhenti keje tp bleh lak bos tu tahan2 x nk terima surat berhenti.. aku bg alasan nk sambung belajar tp dia suh tunggu sampai nk daftar masuk belaja tue.. masalhnyer aku xleh tunggu dah.. |
