Macamana nak buat server sendiri kat PC

salam.
saya nak tanya ada tak siapa2 boleh bagi tutorial untuk membangunkan server sendiri kat pc kita..
saya baca2 pun tak faham2 lagi ni.domain ada tapi macam mana nak point aar.?connection fix ip.so
apakah langkah demi langkahnya..harap membantu

actually easyphp dan xampp merupakan sejenis software yang digunakan untuk

menjadikan sesebuah computer system sebagai 'perantara' je...

lazimnya digunakan untuk proses testing bagi membangunkan sesebuah websites

yang dilengkapi dengan databases...

selain itu, untuk tujuan pembelajaran jugak la..

nak tengok sejauh mana keberkesanan sesebuah websites yang dibangunkan dalam

persekitaran sebenar...kalau nak jadikan server bagi jenis websites yang dibangunkan...

seseorang pembangun tu memerlukan untuk membeli domain

bagi melarikan (run) websites yang telah dibangunkan...

server ni, banyak jenis server. i assume you're looking to build a webserver. you don't need to have static ip as No-Ip.com can help you with that. however, it's best to have your own static ip. the same goes with domain name. you don't need to have one but it's good to have it as it's easier for people to remember. anyway, to build your own webserver:

1. you need to solve dns issue. you need to point your domain to your pc static ip. to do this, you need to first park your domain. park domain means you need to tie your domain to your static ip. by owning a domain, it doesn't mean your domain has already been parked. you need to find a provider that will allow you to do this. usually, the registrar where you buy your domain will allow you to park your domain on their server(s) for free, but you need to check with them to make sure.

2. you need to plan carefully as to how heavy the traffic will be coming in. this traffic will count against your upload data transfer rate.

3. you need to secure your webserver - add firewall, close unnecessary ports, restrict appropriate logins, etc.

4. find a suitable webserver software. some people like IIS (Microsoft Internet Information Service), while others prefer Apache.

So, that's basically what you need.

ok thank u for info dari u all..setelah jelajah punya jelajah di merata ceruk terjumpalah tutorial kat  dslwebserver
dan sekarang dah boleh bermula dari manage DNS hingga dapat run dari pc cuma ada beberapa lagi perlu belajar dari segi security.walaupun tutorial kat situ lama tapi boleh lah cuba2..ok thanks !
