internet problem...

pc aku ade prob nak explore internet..bila dah connect internet tak boleh nak bukak apa2 web..nak update antivirus & sebagainye pun tak boleh..ade sesapa boleh bantu?

macam ni la....cuba ko tgk IP ADRESS dia...mana tau ko tertukar ke atau adik2 ko usik Ip ko ke....ko pakai tmnet streamyx ke atau maxis wireless broandband...aku nak tau gak...mana tau aku leh tolong ko..

aku surf kat kedai...guna wireless..kalau aku surf dekat library tempat aku belajar boleh aje...

kalau macam tu, kedai tu ada letak security untuk access wireless network mereka. betul ke you're connected to wireless network tu? kalau betul, then they probably use proxy to get on the internet. so, you tak bolehlah nak tumpang. kalau tak secure, tanya tuan punye tu... kenapa tak boleh masuk internet.

mungkin jugak setting untuk wireless ko tak berapa betul, kena create profile baru untuk network yg berbeza.

kalau macam ni, you're not connected to the internet lagi. sebab tu tak boleh nak browse langsung. make sure you're connected dulu.

before this ada masalah? or this is the first time you're trying to use this wireless network? kalau this is the first time, like i said, the owner may have use some kind of proxy or login access service to connect to the internet. the owner may not know the setup but the it person who help set it up should know (could be a contractor).

other people ada masalah yang sama tak?

also, cuba open a dos prompt and check your ip config. if your ip looks like 169.254.x.x, then you're not connecting to the internet, even though it said it is. 169.254.x.x is a default ip address assign by the operating system (when it can't contact dhcp server), not dhcp server.

sebelmu ni tak ada masalah...lepas format my laptop baru jadi..sebelum aku serve kat kedai tu aku pernah jugak try dekat tempat lain ok je..kakak aku pulak suruh scan virus and restart...pun tak boleh jugak..

ehh,aku pn ade prob gak..stat je mlm mesti lembab gler streamyx kat umah aku ni..mengalahkan dial up lak..
pastu,die ok blk pagi plak cam pukul 8 15 pagi..
aku dah tepon kat tmnet,tp dier suh aku format komp la,flush dns la,mcm2 la..rs cam siot jerr streamyx ni!!

Perkara ni memang biasa kat kawasan ramai streamyx subscribers sebab malam tu time ramai sangat masuk online. Takde apa ko boleh buat selain complain and doakan tmnut cepat improve/upgrade. And make sure bila tech tu suruh ko buat troubleshooting tu, ko kata ko dah buat semua. Tengok apa plak dia nak kata... :hmm:

hehhe aku ingatkan aku sorang je kena masalah ni..
Bila malam je start pukul 8/.15 mulalah streamyx ni buat hal..
Kadang Kadang tak dapat connect langsung..Asyik blink aje lampu dsl tu.

Bila pagi je ok pulak..
benci betul... Call Support tmnut , suruh format lah,, setting DNS lah...
macam macam...

itu la antara sebab aku potong stre**x aku dan guna maxis wireless. So far setakat ni ok. No problem..
