Streamyx SLA - 2 Working days But Sucks~!!

Cam mana streamyx kata buleh solve case in 2 working days but they didnt do anything about it.. i have problem error 678 what so ever and they seems like dont do anything when i called 1300889515. when i asked to talk to their officer they scared... cam bapok takut ngan customer.. pasal buat janji tapi tak leh nak tepati.. anyone having the same problem with me>? mind to share?

FYI dekat 30x call.. tak tipu.. sekali call 15 min membazir.. maki hamun sume dah keluar..ada sekali tu depa kurang ajar.. hang up on me .....cam mana tu...case tak settle.. SLA 2 hari tu buat apa? baik jangan kata 2 hari.... buat apa janji kalau tak leh nak buat

hmm..aku kalau diaorang ni janji, aku tak percaya langsung,
kalau ada masalah, aku call bahagian technical terus..
tak cukup aku call 1300889515, aku call pulak 1300881500.

diaorang yang jawab phone , bukan tau tentang technical, tapi
pandai2 nak jawab soalan? suruh cabut tu, cabut ni la..

jadi, kes ko ni dah selesai belum?

Error 678 tu kena kat aku yesterday... of course diaorang suruh aku cabut ni lah and itu lah (someone gave the EXCUSE that it's standard questions tmnut techies ask... yeah, right, we know that's crap)...so I said I already did all that... in the end they said it's because of the current 'upgrade' they're doing. Goes to show they gotta try make it the customer's fault before actually admitting it's their damn fault. And yes, connection DID come back... about 24 hours later - obviously and irrevocably definitely NOT my fault with faulty connection/wiring.

aku dah komplen dari bulan 6 tahun lepas, sampai ari ni dah dekat 5-6 kali repot pasal frequent disconnection (line intermittent). skrg pun tak setel lagi. hampeh tol. dlm 10 jam leh dapat 10 I.P. agak2 kalo aku nk serve FTP kang cemana la agaknye.

o.. masalah ko ni sama macam masalah aku. Dalam satu hari antara3 - 7 kali aku kena off on modem pasal intermittent.

last2 ikut masa biasa jugak sampai 7 hari baru ok

Cool... cool... Aku faham camna ko rasa - semua orang frust ngan tahap servis diaorang ni. Kalau frust sampai nak bom tmnut, takde plak connection sebulan-dua... kalau nak boikot guna yang lain... lain servis lebihkurang sama jer tahap servis dia... takde apa lagi boleh buat selain doa banyak2. InsyaAllah ada baik dari tu.

my frequent disconnection was solved after nearly three weeks after the first reportwas made..
first report..suruh cabut itu cabut ini..direct connection...bla bla.......being naive..i just followed whatever they asked me to do...  problem was not solved...even they all ade create report........

second report - this time..i just said..ok..i already do everything bla bla..but they asked to turn off my antivirus application..kotlah the antivirus software is the one who caused the disconnection that's it!!!...i insist them to reset my port..duhh..that time weekend kot..kene tunggu hari rabu...next week hari jumaat tuh baru call tanya line dah ok ke belom..sebab they all baru reset port..

at that time....area kat tmn i tuh memang xdak net..ade certain house langsung xleh nak connect...tapi they all xreport...sabar sajeklah~~~....

6 days already.. baru la kata mungkin modem yang rosak.. pas tu semalam baru la kata technician figure docket rosak la apa la.. cakap cam bagus jek service agent diorang tu.. tapi tak jalan jugak... cam mana la nak maju malaysia kalau baru diswastakan dah beterabur service..bayangkan kalau pelabur dari luar pakai streamsux.. dan hadapi masalah yang sama.. dah sah sah diorang angkat kaki ... yang rugi kerajaan jugak.... bahalol la tmnut ke streamsux ke.. sume sama...

Dah tu kalu tmnet pun dah problem cenggini...camer lak isp yg lenlain ek? aku ni baru berkira kira nak pasang internet kat umah ni. Ada alternatif yg lain tak? Probs yg korang hadapi ni just for certain areas ke or mmg hampir satu malaysia facing the same problem?...hmmm....kalu gini menumpang kat airport jelah nak online hehehe

at last problem aku settle.. tu pun bukan steamyx yang datang settlekan.. orang telekom yang datang.... tak sampai 5 min dah buleh buat connection.. nak harap technician streamyx? ibarat bagi duit sesaja kat diorang...

Masalah2 ni mmg certain area je...aku bahagikan pada 2 jenis masalah la...1 masalah alatan (copper. etc) tak kira la alatan tm ke alatan perumahan tu sendiri ke...dan lagi satu faktor manusia...dari manusia yang jawab call sampai la ke manusia yang attend masalah tu...

macam aku sendiri dah 3 tempat aku duduk dan transfer streamyx aku...penang, kerinci, shah alam...semua takde problem...adik aku menorrent pun ok je...cuma slow sket lepas gempa taiwan...
