bila reinstall windows mesti ada account ni ..kalau delete takpe ke?untuk apa account ni?

if you're not doing any asp.net development project on that system, yes, it's okay to delete that account. but, if you do work on asp.net project, you need to keep that account or your project won't work/function properly. basically it's for .net framework.

if you accidentally deleted the account, you can recreate it by using the following command from the Windows Start -> Run box (change version accordingly):

%systemroot%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspnet_regiis.exe /i

project apa ye contohnya?setahu aku aku takdela buat apa project pon cuma reinstall je..

It advisable not to delete...sbb it stores your machine/pc configuration so bile ada any .Net applications from Microsoft need to be run, it will check for this file...
