can u give some examples where u encountered 2 different scenarios using those 2 different words?
based on your question and sentence per se... i'd say that the difference lies in the grammatical structure.
corporation is a noun - incorporation is the act of incorporating a corporation n it's a verb. |

no wonder. nak kena cari info pasal law di virgin island baru aku bole jawab dgn lebih tepat. jenis2 company ni berkait rapat dgn company law kat negara masing2... it might relate with the nature of liability.. or shareholding.. kalau kat mesia, we dun use such terminology... lets see kalau co secs dlm forum ni familiar dgn such terminology. |

masih takder jawapan lagi.. yg saya nampak setakat ni untuk common law jurisdictions, takder beza antara ke-empat2 nama tu.. pilih je la mana2 yg lagi sedap nak pakai.. persamaan kesemua mereka ialah kesemuanya adalah the end name untuk melambangkan yg company2 tu mempunyai limited liability. (liabiliti terhad). |
