Sistem Problem

Aku ader masalah ttg sistem connection problem ... dimana sistem aku ni terletak di dalam DMZ zone dekat opis aku .... dan ia diakses menggunakan
streamyx oleh user ...
anggaran user dalam 200 org ....

masalah nya sekarang : -

1) Sistem slow
2) selalu keluar error apabila connection terputus
3) memberi masalah kepada performance Server

ramainya user connected to your server. first, kalau system tu kat DMZ, does it share the same streamyx line as other devices (local LAN, etc)? or it has its own line to streamyx? what is your upload speed/bandwidth? kalau rendah, memang connection slow sebab yang nak connect tu ramai (bottleneck will occur and eventually, will get disconnected). does the server config good enough to serve 200+ users and kena fikir juga, apa users tu buat bila connect kat your server tu and for how long they will remain connected on average?

Untuk DMZ ke Untrust Zone ( Internet ) pakai MPLS 2.0 dedicated line .... tu lah masalah nye selalu keluar bottleneck ... apa yg perlu aku buat adakah perlu upgrade line streamyx user menjadi satu LAN dgn opis aku ....  or perlu just upgrade line streamyx user .....

MPSL 2.0 tu berapa bandwidth-nya? maaflah, oobi tak berapa tahu mengenai network connectivity yang ada kat malaysia. why don't you try this: kalau all 200+ users tu tak perlu connect ke server tu all the time, then you can limit berapa orang boleh connect to the server at a time, such as 10 connections at a time. yang lain tu, kena tunggu. even though you have 1 Mbps connectivity to streamyx (oobi assume this is downloading speed), that doesn't mean you have the same speed for uploading task, which usually much lower, such 128Kbps, etc. basicallly, when users connected to your server, this consider uploading traffics. if the bandwidth is only 128Kbps, then, you don't have enough for 200+ users to connect at the same time. oobi punye explanation ni based on info yang you provide since i don't know what's the purpose of the server, average time users remain connected to your server, etc.
