Hi!
I nak tanya, ada cara tak untuk kita dapat info tentang user based on IP address and timestamp? Hari isnin lepas, rumah I kena pecah masuk, then smart TV I hilang. I ada apps Netflix dalam TV tu and pencuri tu guna Netflix I. I memang tak logout sebab nak tengok devices yang streaming. I dah call Netflix and confirmkan streaming from TV I and I dapat IP adress and ISP UMobile. I dah bagi dekat polis and contact UMobile tapi masalahnya UMobile sangat lah susah diaorg kata ni bukan high profile case so it will take some time to process. Ada sesapa boleh tolong?

IP address, boleh bertukar setiap kali kita reset modem
kecuali lah IP static.
kena tunggu UMobile bagi report juga kot.
sebab boleh trace owner berdaftar
dengan UMobile

IP address, boleh bertukar setiap kali kita reset modem
kecuali lah IP static.
Aah itu la IP tu boleh tukar. Sbb tu nak tau based on timestamp. Pihak polis dah contact UMobile tapi diaorg nak semua through email saja. Just polis cakap kalau ada option lain boleh trace, diaorg suruh try sementara tunggu UMobile. |

u dh dpt balik belom Netflix account? Last time my account kene curi i just call netflix customer service then cakap ada org lain guna. so i mintak tuka email terus dgn tuka password. since i pakai credit card, so they will verify melalui card kita |

lepas tu re login balik netflix guna email address baru dgn password. habis citer |

bukan fokus Netflix account kot,nak fokus tentng smart TV kena rompak dulu
dan nak trace perompak hehe

I memang sengaja tak logout sebab nak track through Nettlix. Once dah dapat trace IP address semua tu baru I sign out all devices & tukar password |

Actually rumah I kena pecah masuk hari rabu (19/06/2019) lepas. Dia curi jewellery and barang kecik. Unfortunately isnin (24/06/2019) kena pecah masuk lagi hilang TV. This time around bukan rumah I je kena tapi rumah yang satu lorong dengan I semua kena. So lead paling utama through IP address ni sebab takde cctv. |
