How to reconnect Alexa with the Internet?

Hello Friends,

I am unable to reconnect my Alexa with the internet.

Please help me to reconnect it.

Step.

• Turn off your modem and router. Wait 10 seconds. Turn them back on
• Make sure you have internet connection (Check it with your phone or computer)
• Unplug your Alexa device. Plug it back
• If Alexa still gives the same warning, go to alexa.amazon.com
• Click “Settings > Updates Wi-Fi” and make sure your Wi-Fi is configured
