BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Develope short term and long term sales strategy & plan to achieve set salesdepartment objectives and goals (i.e. sales revenue, growth, market share andprofitability). · Ensure all planned activities are implementing effectively bymeeting the set objectives: i.e number of attendance, recruitment of businessbuilders and sales target. · Ensure that all events initiated meet up to the companyexpectations in terms of content, · Ensure all planned sales campaigns are meeting the set objectives · Build and develop Malay market : Drive the business expansion as per the Group’s direction · Monitoring the consultants’ performances – to propose remedyaction plan to overcome the short fall ( if any). · Key accounts management - Support network leaders in the networkdevelopment and sales growth. · Conduct regular trainings and meetings with key consultants – gather market feedbacks, communicate company sales strategy. · Field work with consultants is necessary especially conductinghome parties and AMC system cooking demo · Assume full responsibility for P&L and budgetary control forthe department. · Any other functions, which may be assigned by the management fromtime to time · This position requires to travel, must possess a car

Qualification Possesstertiary qualification in business/marketing related discipline or equivalent.
Experience Min 3years managerial experience in sales (preferably in MLM industry).
