Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Accountancy / Finance or a professional Accounting qualifications such as ACCA / CPA / LCCI is a must.
• Hands-on experience
• Good team player, can work independently and cooperate with colleagues.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Handling Full Set Account, UBS, SQL etc.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocating customers receipts against sales invoices
• Preparation of bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations as required
• Performing three-ways match between purchase order, good received note and vendor invoices
• Processing vendor invoices and preparing payment run requests
• Allocating payments made against vendor invoices
• Perform revaluation of foreign currency-denominated receivables and payables accounts
• Prepare the vendor statement of accounts reconciliation, monthly cash flows forecast, monthly GST return and journals for review by Finance Manager
• Follow up on collections from customers
• Attend any training or courses as assigned
• Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned
