ko cukup buat solat fardu 5 waktu  pon dh cukup keperluan manusia buat senaman harian

lain la ko nk bina badan .. beli la dumbell 10kg x 2 train sendiri lar

Alhamdulillah stakat nie x prnh tinggal lg solat 5 waktu...

bukan x nak train sdiri... tp nk tahu jgk care yg betul gune dumbbell... sbb kalu silap gune... blh trkoyak otot... x pasal2 kene gi hospital... kat gym ader trainer... pastu sambil tue nk isi mase terluang cuti sem...

kawe pung supo demo jugok, tapi gak mok ayoh kawe taknok tanoh mano pung. lo ni pun duk rumoh apatmen, takdok tanoh lasung...

sbenarnya sajo jah... bukan gapo, kawe dok beringat... kalo kita dok angkat barBell/dumBell 50kali sehari, takdok jadi gapo.
kalo angkat cangkul 50kali sehari, ado jugok budi pado tanoh...
