aku wfh.. tp cuba gak bersenam ringan2 masa duduk antara meja keje (cam meja jepun) dgn sofa, nak hilangkan boring, nak elak ngantuk.. sebab masih kira waktu keje.. kalo ikut ati nak tido.. sorry tt aku xde video..

Memang ada buat pun petang semalam lepas abes waktu keje. WFH. Plan nye nak buat tiap2 hari sepanjang RMO ni sebab iols memang jenis exercise 3-4x seminggu.

thats good... bersenam light2 pun dah ok.. especially dah seharian kat opis tu.. memang berat mata la kalau stuck at work desk je.. btw interesting nya work desk you.. ala meja jepun.. ada pulak sofa.. sangat cenderung untuk tertidur tu hehe

Tapi agak bosan sket, nak buat aerodance susah sbb tengok kt handphone, kecik je, kadang2 tak nampak jelas steps. So, buat yg light dan simple je. Kalau jogging kat taman atau kelas aerobik tu laen sket. Tapi xpe ler, bertahan je ler. Iols jenis badan senang naik sebab tu kena rajin exercise, nak2 pulak sekarang duduk kat rumah je

tak semak ke?ai tak suka yg pjg...kdg tak sempat...kdg nk cuci mata jah kohkoh..but try la HIIT/tabata ni...kot fall in love pulak ke kan...shorter,simpler yet bdn lembik jd firm la juga utk mommies...bsembur-sembur angin keluar
