okey...yg ni utk sakit bahu...not for rinse the eyes purposes;P...mula-mula tgn molly mmg tak ley angkat sbyk instructor...keras sgt...mmg sakit gila bahu time tu yg usaha cari klip...pakai minyak panas la..patch la...ni semua angkara duduk tak bergerak time kerja...2-3 kali repeat dlm 2/3 hari ok...tp cari mak bidan gak urut badan bg drh jln..combinations of all la baru ok bahu...so mmg kena senam...ringan pun ok utk bdn yg dah tuwa
