bukan xboleh jual barang murah..boleh jer..tapi jual sebagai tiada jenama lah..contoh housing, charger, earphone bagai tu..

ni xnak kalah..charger original katanya..kalau kedai lain rm 70..dia jual rm 40 sahaja..padahal charger tiruan..orang lain jual rm 10 jer..

GEORGE TOWN: Another illegal hill clearing activity, has reared its ugly head near Bukit Relau on the island. The bald patch, the size of at least a football field, is visible from afar. Motorists using the Penang Bridge will not miss it. A netizen claimed that the hill clearing works had taken place at a level higher than 75 meters above sea level. He said from a white line in the satellite image, it showed that the contour was 250 feet above sea level. “If that is the case, the image shows that the hill clearing lies above the 73 meter threshold allowed in state government guidelines,” he said in a blog posting recently.

The netizen challenged the state government and the local council to come clean on yet another hill project despite the local administration saying it had carried no hillslope pojects. “The state government and the city council must let us know what this hill clearing is all about ... who is responsible for this degradation and who approved it, if at all. “We want to know what sort of hill-slope is this and its gradients. Stop the degradation of our hills,” he said. The local council was alerted about the matter by the New Straits Times yesterday. Its engineering department head Addnan Mohd Razali said he would investigate and follow up with the alleged illegal clearing. In a case of blatant defiance, a piece of land the size of two football fields, was stripped by a landowner at Bukit Laksamana, Teluk Bahang since early last year. The local authority had then issued two stop-work orders in April last year and January this year, but the landowner carried on with works to build 36 chalets. Also, a newly-tarred access road was built. The developer, whose identity is not known, was also reported to have ignored a court order by the district land office. MBPP said it had been preparing paper work to take the developer to court. The state government has formed a special committee to act against land clearing near water catchment areas in Penang. He said the committee, headed by state secretary Datuk Seri Farizan Darus, would preserve the areas from any development to ensure water quality.

betul tu..jual charger tiruan..tulis lah charger for hp apa sudah lah..dah lah tiruan..kotak semua pun gambar samsung..harga pun tampal harga samsung..then bagi murah-murah kononnya..
