I’ve got an info page here – https://1winappuganda.com/registration/ – basically a step-by-step guide on how to register in the 1win app. Now I’m thinking of adding a simple form: just name + email, nothing fancy, not storing any data.

The idea is that after someone clicks “Submit,” they get automatically redirected to the official 1win site.

Has anyone done something like this using just frontend? Preferably no PHP, just plain HTML + JS. Would really appreciate any tips or a sample code if you’ve got one.
