First rule is that when I take money into a casino, I don’t expect to leave with any of it. I am paying a fee of $100 (or whatever) to play games for a while, and any money that might be in my pocket when I’m done is found.

Second rule is that once the money I brought is used up I leave. There’s other things to do in a casino, and I never go back for a second helping.

Third rule is that it’s just a game. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose, and if I can’t deal with losing I shouldn’t be playing.
