Responsibilities:
• Effectively handle inbound calls, assess to customers’ enquiries
• Responsible to provide fast and timely solutions to customers related issues.
• Ensuring customers’ satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
• Comply to company Standard Operation Procedures and Policies.
Requirements:
• SPM, Diploma and Degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in related field.
• Credit for English and Mathematics subject in SPM.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be able to work on rotating shift.
• Preferably possess own transport.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to start immediately or in short notice.
• Open for Malaysia citizens only.
Salary Range: RM 2300 – RM 3600 (Basic salary) + Allowances + Permanent Staff Benefits.
