Cellulose Insulation is made from natural wood base fibers. 80% of the content of Cellulose Insulation is processed from recycled cellulose fiber. These fiber are chemically treated with boron acid (boric acid / sodium poly borate) to create permanent flame resistance. It contains no ammonia, asbestos, galss fibre nor formaldehyde. The additive are non-toxic, will not irritate normal skin, will not attract vermin or insects, and will not adversely affect other building materials. It is widely used in USA and Europe since 1960's. InCide PC Pest Control Cellulose Insulation is a unique product manufactured by Hamilton Manufacturing, Inc and Fiberlite Technologies Inc., USA. It has been proven 99.7% effective in killing cockroaches and is also effective in controlling ants, termites and other insects. Properly installed, Incide PC Pest Control Cellulose Insulation will retain its insecticide activity for the life of the structure, and insects cannot develop an immunity to it. InCide PC Cellulose Insulation is designed for attic and wall cavity applications in new construction as well as in existing homes. It forms a blanket of interlocking fibers in the attics and creates a monolithic seal in the sidewalls eliminating air infiltration and providing maximum thermal performance. This natural ability to trap air provides cellulose insulation with 25% to 40% more effective insulation power than the same R-value of other low density loose fill fiberous insulation. Incide PC Cellulose Insulation in the attic and walls results in significant savings in electricity cost, while providing a comfortable, quiet and safe environment in your home. Hello. Our team is engaged in roofing work, we work in a region with heavy rainfall. It is necessary to install in addition to the roofing also an additional waterproofing layer. What do you recommend as a substrate for shingles?

It's always worth playing it safe, so I also decided to make additional waterproofing of the roof on my house. As this, we used the membranes "UNDERLAY PRO (S) 500", this is a modified bitumen polyester reinforced ultralight underlay membrane for pitched roofs with mechanical fixation which can be found here - https://technonicol.in/materials/polymer-bitumen-membranes/.
